The Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program provides eligible First Nations and Inuit clients with coverage for a range of health benefits that are not covered through other: * social programs * private insurance plans * provincial or territorial health * insurance Your local community health representative who works with the Program; and/or. NIHB Client Information Line at 1-800-640-0642; this number is for inquiries on all benefit areas except Dental benefits; For all Dental inquiries, please call the NIHB Dental Client Information Line at 1-888-283-8885.
